Firstly, the image with this post is great and no doubt this does give any golfer a one page guide on points to note.
What has worked for me is practice at 2-3 day intervals and even a weekly golf lesson followed by a session at the range (just myself) then follow that up with a round of casual golf midweek. This routine (if you want to call it a routine) has worked, however as soon as i stop going to the range the game falls aparts.
